SHIPPING POLICY

As a two woman artisan tea company, our blends are handmade in small batches to ensure the best quality products upon delivery.  You can expect your item to ship within 5 business days (not including weekends). Please allow additional days (approximately 3-5 business days) in transit for delivery. During major holidays, the shipping times may be delayed. If there will be a delay in processing your order, we will contact you via the email provided at checkout. 

Our ship days: Monday - Friday, and no major holidays. Please note we are a Veteran owned business, so we do observe Veteran's Day as a major holiday. Your order will be processed within 5 days of placement. 

All orders shipped within the Contiguous US are shipped via USPS unless otherwise specified. Please note that USPS is currently experiencing minor delays in shipping due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic and staffing issues. 

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped. You can track your order on our website or on the carrier's website.

Please be sure that the shipping address provided is available to receive your package(s) to avoid redelivery fees. Please double check your delivery address. You must provide an address you know you will be receiving delivery. This includes missing apartment number. 

If you submitted an incorrect or insufficient address, your order will be shipped back to us. We will then contact you via email. Additional shipping invoice will be sent before reshipping your order. Once invoice is paid, we will proceed with reshipment.
